In the contemporary landscape of corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), the integration of information technology (IT) systems represents a critical challenge that can significantly influence the success or failure of the consolidation process. This research paper delves into the intricate domain of IT project management during the post-M&A integration phase, particularly focusing on large-scale enterprises where the complexity of aligning disparate IT infrastructures, data management systems, and enterprise applications poses substantial difficulties.
