Abstract

Cognitive architectures play a pivotal role in modeling human-like intelligence and cognitive processes in artificial intelligence (AI) systems. These architectures serve as the foundational framework for understanding and implementing complex cognitive functions such as perception, learning, reasoning, and decision-making. This research paper explores various cognitive architectures, their underlying principles, and their applications in creating intelligent systems. By examining the strengths and limitations of existing cognitive architectures, this paper aims to provide insights into the future development of AI systems that exhibit human-like intelligence.
