Abstract

Healthcare systems are increasingly turning to artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance patient care and improve operational efficiency. One area of AI application is the development of healthcare chatbots, which are capable of engaging in personalized interactions with patients. This study explores the development and implementation of AI-enabled healthcare chatbots for personalized patient interaction. We discuss the underlying technologies, benefits, challenges, and future prospects of AI-powered chatbots in healthcare. By analyzing current trends and case studies, we aim to provide insights into the potential of AI-enabled chatbots to transform patient engagement and healthcare delivery.
